When selecting a pigeon for breeding, what I used to do before applying HLDAS had been:

 

1. Selection based on past breeding result.

2. Selection based on racing result.

3. Selection based on pedigree.

4. Selection based on visionary/hand observation on their posture, wing, back,            waist, shape, color of muscle etc...  and feeling when held on hand. including            quality of plumage, shape and quality of keel, quality and volume of muscle etc.

 

HLDAS, solely use the information decoded/digitized from photo of eyes of racing pigeon eye to present its physical/orientation traits and its correlation with four major racing conditions, ie. Wind Factors, Temperature, Distance, Visibility etc. for various applycations, including, Selection, Paring, Daily, Training and Pooling Mangement, Trading of racing pigeon. Ithas not been developed to replace the above, but, an additional reference.

3. 該鴿的血統表

4. 該鴿的體態,手感, 眼睛,龍骨,翅膀,肌肉,羽質...等外觀.

 

黃氏認證純粹針對賽鴿眼睛的照片所透漏的訊息進行解碼,數位化並圖型化用來描述賽鴿的生理及定向特質,並與主要的比賽環境(諸如: 風力係數, 溫度, 距離, 能見度)掛勾. 運用於選種, 配對, 日常/訓練/插組等管理工作,交易買賣的參考. 是用來補充而非取代上述的參照.
